Prime Bites ("we", "us", "our") is a cloud kitchen based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating the Pure Bite and Fit Bite menus and delivering food directly to customers across Dubai. By placing an order through our website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Orders are placed through our website by selecting items, reviewing your cart, and completing checkout with accurate delivery and contact details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example if an item has become unavailable, if the kitchen is temporarily paused, or if the delivery address falls outside our current service areas in Dubai.
All prices displayed on the site are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing statutory rate (currently 5%), shown separately at checkout for transparency.
A delivery fee may apply depending on order value and delivery area, and will always be shown before you confirm payment. We reserve the right to update menu prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
We currently deliver to a defined set of areas within Dubai. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by traffic, weather, or order volume.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided. Prime Bites is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Network International. Prime Bites does not store your full card details on its own servers — card data is handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with card network security standards.
We take food safety and quality seriously and prepare every order fresh. However, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Prime Bites' liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
